The image has caused immense tension for the former Miss World at home and the Bachchans are not happy about the incident. Husband Abhishek who is quite upset about the event did not want this to evolve into a huge controversy. The Bachchans for now have denied Aishwarya's presence in the image and termed it as morphed.
This is not the first time that a controversy has created tension between Abhi and Ash. The lip lock scene between Aishwarya and Hrithik in Dhoom 2 had allegedly upset Abhishek just before the two tied knot. Its was also rumoured Aishwarya starred in Jodhaa Akbar on the condition that there will be no kissing scenes in the movie.

Can't say for sure. And even if Abhishek Bachchan is indeed becoming a daddy, shouldn't that be the Bachchans' private affair. The media, as expected, is lapping up the news.
Sample this news item in The Times of India - "Aishwarya Bachchan, is reportedly expecting and Abhishek is gonna be a dad. Amitabh Bachchan, meanwhile, is going to be the grand-daddy of them all!"
But this headline in the South Asian Women's Forum takes the cake - "Aishwarya carrying Bachchan bun in the oven?" Could you get any cruder than that?
Bollywood's most famous family may be denying the rumours but I am sure they wouldn't take too kindly to the headline on The Spoof - "New Aishwarya Rai wax statue shows her four months pregnant".

Ashutosh Gowarikar's Jodhaa Akbar, starring Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan, will make its way to the 60th Cannes Film Festival that begins today, May 16.
The festival will see Ash and husband Abhishek Bachchan's first public appearance as a married couple.
Amitabh Bachchan is expected to join them in Cannes as well.
Jodhaa Akbar will have music composed by A R Rahman, and is expected to release in October this year.

Mumbai: Actors Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai on Friday exchanged vows at a colourful but extremely private ceremony. 
One of Bollywood's best-known screen couples, Ash-Abhi married on Friday in a traditional Arya Samaji wedding with 11 priests presiding over the ceremonies.
Action at the two Bachchan households in Juhu, Jalsa and Prateeksha, began at 1700 hours IST in the evening even as fans and media persons gathered at both venues just before the scheduled time for the baraat.
As buses arrived to take guests from Bachchans’ residence Jalsa to Prateeksha, Abhishek Bachchan was spotted atop a decorated horse accompanied by his nephew as part of the baraat. Guests at the baraat from Jalsa included industrialist Anil Ambani, actors Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan, Kirron Kher and cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. Seven buses carrying the baraatis and Bachchan Jr arrived at Prateeksha where the groom once again got on top of the horse before riding in. Bride Aishwarya had arrived at the venue earlier on Friday evening.
The ceremony held on the auspicious day of Akshay Tritiya climaxed three days of festivities starting from a sangeet function and the traditional mehendi ceremony. The wedding sent the media into frenzy even though the Bachchans tried to keep the event strictly private and low-key because Amitabha mother Teji Bachchan is ill. But fans did not leave the couple alone as hundreds of them lined the roads leading to the marriage venue. The police also had to briefly use batons to push back over-enthusiastic fans. Tight security has been put in place for the function, which is expected to go on till late in the nigh .

Newly-married stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, who tied the knot in Mumbai on Friday, arrived at the Tirupati temple on Sunday with the senior Bachchans in tow.
The Bachchan family is known to visit the Tirupati temple often. The new couple, after marrying in a traditional Arya Samaji wedding on Friday, sought blessings as they embark on a new journey together.
This was the couple's first visit to any temple after the marriage. Amitabh Bachchan had visited the temple on April 15 to seek Lord Balaji's blessings. He had also placed the first wedding invitation card at the feet of the deity seeking blessings for the couple.

With Abhi-Ash's not-so-ordinary wedding just around the corner, the buzz outside Prateeksha, the famous Bachchan residence, has reached a fever pitch. From excited fans to the media, everybody is snooping outside the main gate to get a glimpse of what's happening inside.
Abhishek Bachchan, the scion of Bollywood's first family, and Aishwarya Rai, one of the most beautiful women in the world, who got engaged in January following the premiere of their film "Guru", are set to tie the knot in the presence of close family members and friends at the Bachchan bungalow in the posh locality of Juhu, Mumbai.
No stone is being left unturned by the Bachchans for the upcoming nuptials. From the 16-page gold-embossed wedding card to the Z-grade security ring with 300 guards and rumoured swipe cards for entry, the minutiae of the celebrity event have plunged all into a tizzy. Though the April 20 wedding date has neither been confirmed nor denied by the two families concerned, ongoing hectic preparations are proof that the mega wedding is going to take place as scheduled.
The two Bachchan bungalows - Prateeksha and Jalsa - now resemble well-guarded fortresses and workers can be seen constructing the mandap (dais) within the bungalow premises. The ceremonies are set to start from April 18 with mehndi (henna), followed by sangeet (music) the next day. According to reliable sources, a special kind of mehndi has been ordered for the ceremony, like the one brought by Liz Hurley for her marriage with Arun Nayar last month. Aishwarya will wear a traditional hand-embroidered sari with intricate gold work on her wedding day, said the actor's favorite designer in an interview published on Tuesday.
"I have not been invited to the wedding. Regardless, I wish the couple best," Shah Rukh Khan told Mumbai tabloid . "The Bachchans have asked us to keep this wedding a private issue and therefore we are maintaining silence," said actor Suniel Shetty, who has been invited to the exclusive function.
